Exhibitor’s Rentals and Services streamlines for you, the Exhibitor, the advanced ordering process for multiple nationwide venues and for multiple Event and Show Promoters.   Exhibitor’s Rentals and Services negotiates contracts and rental rates saving you the Exhibitor money and time and providing the convenience of ordering your trade show needs from one trusted source for multiple venues.

RENTAL AND SERVICE RATES:  Rates vary from venue to venue, event to event and is based on event duration and when your order is submitted.   In general orders placed 4 or more days prior to the opening of the scheduled event are discounted and this price is automatically reflected during the ordering process.  Orders placed less than four days before the start of an event are generally non-discounted full floor rate charged by the venue.

BOOTH NUMBERS:  Booth numbers are vital for fulfilling orders at all venues.  If known, please enter your booth number when adding your selected item/service to the shopping cart.   An input box for booth numbers is located above the RED Add to Cart button.  Enter your both number for each item/service being ordered as some vendors have multiple booths with different services needs within the venue.  If unknown, you can ask your Show Promoter if your booth number has been assigned.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION: Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions are processed by our offsite processor Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. In addition to the order summary and payment details you will receive from Exhibitors Rentals and Services, Stripe will email a credit card transaction receipt to the email address on file and/or entered during checkout. Exhibitors Rentals and Services does not maintain, save or keep on file the full details of your credit cards information that is entered during checkout.

ORDER FULFILLMENT: Orders accepted will be fulfilled and/or available at the specific Event(s)/Venue(s) that were selected during the ordering process and as shown above and as printed on your order confirmation receipt. Orders will be fulfilled by the specified venue and/or your Show Promoter. Visit your Show Promoter Registration Booth when you arrive at the venue for questions.

ORDER CANCELATION AND CHANGES: Orders or individual items within an order may be canceled and fully refunded prior to the start time of the selected event. No refunds will be issued for orders not canceled prior to the start time of the event. To change, modify or cancel an order email [email protected] or click on the Contact Us tab. You may also visit your Show Promoter Registration Booth at the venue.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT: Have a printed copy of your order confirmation receipt or accessible on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.

MY ACCOUNT:  During check out and by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT menu tab you have the option to create an account within the Exhibitor’s Rentals and Services Online System.  This is totally optional as GUEST CHECKOUT      is permitted.  Benefits of creating an account included reviewing your past orders, managing your billing address, passwords and account details.

SALES TAX:  Taxing jurisdictions vary by venues.  Taxing jurisdictions mandate what items and services are subject to use tax, sales tax, rental tax and other location specific taxations.   The appropriate taxes based on your event’s location will be added to your order and displayed during checkout.   Exhibitor’s Rentals and Services will remit collected taxes to the proper taxing authorizes.
